I’d be interested to know what it’s like for the elite women who are well off the pace of the leaders and alone for so much of the race, and who then get passed by the lead men.
I’ll ask ’em. And I’m interested to know about Gebremariam’s training. The television commentators were saying he only trained 70 mpw.
Interesting. That’s what Steve Jones was reported to run, but then I see Malmo quoted Jones on LetsRun as saying (in an actual conversation) he ran 100-110.
