Note: I’ve run significantly faster at some of these distance at the New Jersey Half in 2008 and 2009 (and in training runs, for that matter). NJ is a fantastic course if you hit it on the right day.
Also note that I am 47 years old, so spare me notes like these: “You really shouldn’t be training so hard because obviously you’re not going to ever become an elite with those times.” Yes. Obviously.
