  1. Good luck this weekend!

  2. That’s not so bad. And you are so tough. Have fun.

  3. A lot can change between now and Sunday. Good luck in the race!

  4. Accuweather has the meanest forecasts all the time, Weather.com isn’t so fatalistic. The good thing is, temperature is perfect and wind is minimal. That’s what I’m telling myself, anyway. 🙂

    GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

  5. I’m with Flo. If the temp and wind are OK, a bit of rain won’t hurt (much). Good luck on Sunday!

  6. 50’s with low wind sounds perfect. So…what’s a little rain?

  7. You’re right. I’m trying to look on the bright side. Besides, it’s only lunchtime on Friday…that rain may move through faster than forecast, which will be good for all us PA and NY racers.

  8. Thats weather for a PR!!!!!!!!.
You can do it Jullie and go for it Sunday.
And sorry but iam a litle sad about dutch Queensday yesterday! http://www.sofiaecho.com/2009/05/01/713805_six-dead-in-dutch-queens-day
Have a good race Sunday and go for it.
    Rinus.

  9. Piss them off? No, you did something to make them happy with you. I can’t think of a better race day forecast. I hope I’m as lucky.

  10. I’m running this marathon too! Nothing sounds worse than 26 miles of soggy socks.

  11. Good luck out there. Think you’ll find those conditions just fine, even if wet. Unless it’s a complete downpour the entire time, the moisture will keep you cool, while the temps are high enough to keep you from getting cold. I don’t dare say ideal conditions, but well suited to run a solid time.
